For some strange reason there are a number of skin experts and also doctors who are not able to see the link between diet, being constipated, a body full of toxins with a person suffering from acne.

The is clearly some evidence to suggest that the food that you eat is very important in determining the functioning of your internal organs and this will then be reflected on the appearance of the skin.

If these so called experts are right about the fact that food is important, then there would not be as many people suffering from acne as there currently is. And to some extent they may not want people to know that there are simple ways to deal with acne, because they want the patients to be taking prescribed treatments that the big drug companies are pushing doctors to sell to their patients.

One of the terrible things about such medicated creams is that they generally only offer a short term solution, because the body can develop a resistance to such ingredients and after some time, the creams and various lotions are no longer effective. Plus there is the fact that some of these creams and even tablets that can be used to treat acne can lead to a number of side effects.

In the eyes of many people and those who look at matters from alternative point of view, diet does play a significant role in the overall health and well being of a person. And if the body is healthy then a person is going to look healthy in terms of how their skin and hair looks and also feels.

There are some foods that you must stop eating such as excess amounts of coffee, burgers, chocolates, and even drinking alcohol and smoking are not doing your body or your skin any favours at all. If you are constantly consuming such products then there is going to be an imbalance within the body and this is what acne is.

It is just an imbalance within the body and it needs to be corrected by eating the right foods which can feed the body the essential vitamins and minerals the body needs.

It is important to be disciplined because you can either by having great fun eating and drinking what you like or you can have skin that is clear and healthy and make you look very attractive. There really is no comparison between the two at all.

Other foods that you just must avoid include that of white bread as it is very difficult for the body to digest. Chocolate should also be avoided as they are full of saturated fats.

Foods that are deep fried must be avoided. Anything that comes in a packet and has already been prepared should also be avoided at all costs too.

It is also very important to avoid eating foods that contain any artificial colours or preservatives as these are foods that are just super toxic and this is something that the body just does not need at all.
